1997 Busch Clash
The Busch Clash runs the Sunday before The Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway at Daytona Beach, Florida. Everyone in the field earns their way in by winning the Pole the year before. This was Ricky’s first competition event driving for Hendrick Motorsports in the Number 25. The starting lineup is by lottery, and Ricky starts 11th in the field of 14.
